I have over 25 years of experience helping individuals build strength, endurance, and lifelong athletic capacity. My background blends competitive performance, formal education, and real-world coaching across multiple training disciplines.

I have competed in a wide range of endurance and functional fitness events, including  (2) HYROX Atlanta events and numerous local functional fitness competitions. My endurance résumé includes over 6 marathon finishes to include the Chicago Marathon, San Diego Marathon, Vermont City Marathon, along with many local road races.

As an accomplished athlete from an early age, I am a former collegiate cross-country runner and a high school Nordic ski champion, with Junior Olympic tryout experience—foundations that shaped my lifelong approach to training, discipline, and performance.

I hold an Associate of Science degree in Fitness and Wellness and am a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1)  trainer. I am currently a CrossFit coach at a local affiliate and competitor, continuing to test and refine my methods through hands-on experience. My coaching philosophy emphasizes smart programming, sustainable progress, and helping clients cut through fitness misinformation to focus on what truly works for long-term performance and health. I believe fitness and wellness is achievable at any age.
